Zzzzzzzz.............. Last time principal did talk about the character quality to all of us.... and responsibility is one of the character quality and my principal did talk about responsibility to us last time but it seen like............................... not all of us understand??????????????????

One day,Snow was asked to do 1 procedure to 1 patient and Snow had done it.... When Snow was about want to keep all the thing back to the cupboard, suddenly, Y came to Snow and ask Snow to do the same procedure to another patient. Snow wasn't know that there has another patient need to do that procedure then told her that she had finish the job. Y told Snow that there has another patient and ask Snow to do since the patient was from Snow's bay. "Why don't you go do since the senior had ask you to do?" Snow asking Y then Y had no choice and went back and told senior about that.... Lucky, the senior had saw Snow doing the procedure so she ask Y to do that procedure to the other patient. "Ok, i will do. Leave the trolley to me since i going to do the procedure" said Y to Snow.
While Snow is about want to go for tea break, Y had stopped Snow from leaving the ward. "Snow, i need you teach me the procedure since i long time dint do already". " Ok, i will teach you"
While Snow teach the procedure, suddenly, the other super senior who from different ward with Snow and Y, had came to the toilet.
"Who haven get the collect stool specimen's cross yet? Now my ward got 1." said the super senior
"I want! I want!" Snow and Y were answer but Y was shout louder then Snow.
"I want to do... i haven get the cross yet... Senior, let me do la" Said Y
"Ok, you follow me, after we collect i will call Clinical Instructor come"
Snow was very angry that Y was about to follow super senior to go.. " Hey Y, don't do your thing half way then throw to me..."
"Snow you do lar... since that patient is from your bay."
"Yesterday the observation is from your bay what!!!! I ask you to do together at the end what to you do?"

Snow was same shift with Y... and Snow had to do inventory that day... While Snow is about to do the inventory, suddenly the ward aid had ask Snow to do observation in the other bay. Snow was planing to do the observation first then do the inventory, suddenly Y was walk.
"Come come Y, we do observation in your bay la!"
"Today i got inventory... i want to do now"
"..." Snow had noting to said about it and just let Y to do inventory... one of Snow's partner know about it and she had came over there to help Snow do the observation. In the end, Y never came back to her bay and help to do the observation.

"Never mind la, i ask the patient to pang sai first and after that i will find you to collect the specimen."
"Ok la..."
Snow just watching them and suddenly Snow remember something.
"Senior, why dont you go find your junior in your ward to do that? They also haven get the cross yet!" said Snow by using mandrin
"Oh ya horr, ok i go find them.."
The super senior was leaving. Snow and Y continue teach the patient and after teaching, Y push the trolley immediately to the treatment room and prepare something... Guess what? She was having a runing assignment. That mean she was throw the job to Snow and do the other things....
Next day Snow was complain to the Clinical Instructor about Y. After Y finish her running assignment( because that day wound was so complicate so have to do again) she start complain to Snow's partner... Guess must be that issue

So what to do? If she is an pure indian gal i still can understand that most of the indian got "problem" one... But She was a Christian Indian gal... Oh well.... just wait and see what is happening next....
